Thermal Design Good Thermal Design is important in ensuring that heat can be effectively removed from temperature critical components. Our Thermal Design input starts at the beginning of the design cycle to ensure that the thermal aspects of a project are fully considered and appreciated. Our Engineers have the experience to advise on the best location of components or equipment and to make recommendations for solving emergent problems. Use of bespoke solutions can be reduced, or even avoided, by using Thermal Design expertise very early in the design of a product. The later the thermal designer becomes involved the more likely it is that solutions will not be optimised. Products that we've helped with include electronic packages, avionics, Radar systems and Reconnaissance pods. |
